My Commitment to You, the Client...

1. As your coach, I am committed to support, inspire, and guide you. I am committed to your development and success of your mission. I am your ally and champion and will be fully present with you in each of our sessions.

   I agree to hold all content of our sessions confidential within my professional guidelines of confidentiality. (Disclosure is only required when there is concern about harm to self or others.)

   During our sessions we will discuss your wins, goals, actions, and results that you experience.  I will also celebrate with you in your success and progress.

   My mission is to help you fulfill yours.  Our step by step program will offer you the opportunity discover, develop and deploy the Mission God has prepared for you… if you do the steps. We provide you with the tools you need, but you  the  language to fully express your Self and articulate your truth. We will work to find the source of what is happening in your life, giving power to positive habits, patterns and self-talk. This will enable you to move away from negative habits and patterns.

   One of the greatest way we serve you is to cover you in PRAYER.  We will pray for you and your mission. Between our coaching sessions, we have many ways to access the support you need… we are “with you” every step of the way.

    You have:

Client Commitment

I commit to invest in myself and my mission.  

I UNDERSTAND that building a brand, a mission, project or marketplace assignment requires me to be fully invested in my own success. As a member of MISSION BUILDERS, I agree to bring my best attitude and energy for my full "Tour of Duty". I promise to put forth my BEST YES into my BOOTCAMP EXPERIENCE to ensure that I will get maximum benefit for myself, my family and the contribution I want to make in the world and in the Kingdom of God. I understand that Mission Builders is a “done with you” coaching program. I am responsible for actively participating throughout the program and implementing the complete system in the order that it is presented. I agree to “SHOW UP” prepared and online for and to spend at 3-5 hours a week implementing the system.

• I commit to excellent conduct and communication. 

I UNDERSTAND that the community is an integral benefit of Daughters United and Mission Builders Academy and I agree to uphold a manner of conduct and communication within the community that is positive and honoring to all members. I also agree to honor the confidential nature of the coaching program, to hold in strictest confidence all communication I am privy to within Mission Builders, and to abide by the Terms & Conditions of Daughters United, found at https://www.linetterainville.com/terms.

• I commit to our sessions. 

Cancellation Policy: If I need to cancel, I will give at least 24 hours notice. Unless there is a true emergency, I understand that if I do not cancel within 24 hours that my session will be forfeited.

Recording Consent 

I understand that any group sessions I attend may be recorded for future trainings and I give my consent to be recorded for these purposes. Any 1:1 sessions may also be recorded and used with my permission (omitting any conversation of personal nature). 

Copyrights

You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, educational use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other restricted use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content's copyright owner (Promoter and/or Linette Rainville) and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. All sales of digital products are final. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of the Promoter and/or Linette Rainville and is protected by law. 

• I understand, 

I am solely responsible for my actions, choices, and decisions. My success in any program will be directly impacted by my investment of time, energy and commitment. 

• I agree, 

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Daughters United, Inc., Linette Rainville, their agents, coaches, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by my coach as a result of advice given by this program or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
